Fast Footbox™ — Without zippers or a complex convertible footbox, the Core Bed’s simple patent-pending Fast Footbox™ technology utilizes just one hook to quickly transform the footbox from "mummy mode" for maximum warmth to “wide mode” for maximum space.

Clip Closures — To keep things lightweight and minimal, the Core Bed uses our proven clip system to connect the backpacking quilt to the separate fitted sheet and ensure a draft-free night of sleep.

Soft, Durable Fabrics — To maximize comfort, the Core Bed features our legendary soft sheet-like 50 d Pongee liner and a new amazingly supple and durable 30 d Taffeta shell.

The Kylie-curve™ — The 3/4 length baffle-backed Kylie-curve™ drawstring comfortably seals in warmth around your shoulders but leaves the edges free to drape at your sides or tuck into the sheet’s hood to block drafts.

Roomy Hood — The sheet’s roomy integrated hood insulates your head and arms and keeps your pillow in place throughout the night. Our insulated Core Sheet is filled with a soft synthetic, rated to -4 °C. Core Sheets are also available with an uninsulated hood if you're looking to ditch some weight (learn more below).

Thermally Mapped Baffles — We designed our quilts to maximize thermal efficiency, distributing down to provide warmth where it’s needed most. Smaller baffles minimize down-shift, vertical baffles around the upper body prevent down from sliding, and horizontal baffles on the top of the foot box keep down from shifting with foot movement.

RDS Compliant Down — The Core Quilts are filled with premium 650 fill-power down from Allied. This down is RDS (Responsible Down Standard) compliant.
