The Zenbivy Overland Double Bed is the most comfortable and versatile double bed we’ve ever built. The oversized double quilt drapes like a real comforter, giving both sleepers room to move without cold spots or compromise. A universal-fit sheet in three sizes adapts to fit nearly any mattress—from vanlife and rooftop tents to base camps and overlanding rigs.

Built entirely with our ultra-soft 50D Pongee fabrics, it’s our most comfortable double bed ever. Available in both 650FP down and synthetic insulation, the Overland Double Bed is also our first all-synthetic double option.

Totally Additive-Free

The new 2026 Overland Double Bed is built entirely additive-free, using DWR-free fabrics and 650FP down.

In car-camping environments, where exposure is more controlled, DWR treatments offer little benefit—so we removed them to create a sleep system you can truly feel good about sharing.

  • Spacious Fixed Footbox

    Zenbivy double quilts feature a wide and spacious fixed footbox that allows you to tuck in on cold nights while still being able to naturally move your feet and sprawl or quickly "kick off the covers" if needed.

  • One Big Quilt

    A true double-wide quilt offers seamless shared warmth and comfort. With no center seam or bulky zippers, it drapes naturally and feels just like the comforter on your bed at home.

50D Pongee

Our legendary 50D Pongee fabric is pure luxury. It's durable, soft and has a similar feel to a sheet you would use at home, bringing a familiar kind of comfort to camp.

650FP Down

Insulated with 650FP down, it delivers loft and warmth without additives for a more natural—and more affordable—sleep system.

Clip Closures

Our draft-free clips replace zippers for a lighter, more adaptable connection between double sheets, so you can easily pair your Overland Double Quilt with any size Double Sheet.

Synthetic

Our first Double Bed that’s available in all-synthetic!

Built for warmer nights, tighter budgets, and personal preferences, we've used a polyester synthetic blend that's as soft as it gets. So soft in fact you'll swear it's down.
