Chemical-Free Liner
In 2025, all Zenbivy Pongee liners are completely DWR-free! This is a significant step in our ongoing mission to eliminate all chemical treatments from our materials to create more natural, skin-friendly outdoor gear.
Since all our of fabrics are already coating-free, the only chemical treatment we use is a PFOS-free DWR on our shell fabrics.
Optimized Double Sheet
Comfort-Mapped Fabrics — The new 2025 Core Sheet Double is comfort-mapped with 50D Pongee to add comfort where you need it and 20D Nylon to save weight where you don't!
Headboard Clips — Inside the integrated, insulated hood you'll find 2 sets of loops so both you and your partner can each clip in your Zenbivy SoftTop™ Pillow to keep it from sliding off the mattress.
Adjustable Fit — In addition to the cinch at the foot end of the sheet, we've added a cinch at the top end of the sheet as well to better customize the fit on different mattresses.
Fits One Double Mattress, or Two Singles! — Three attachment points hold two mattresses securely in place and prevent them from overlapping or sliding apart.
Simplified Sizing — We're offering the Core Bed Double exclusively in the generous 50" size. Customer feedback and our own experience has confirmed that when car camping, the extra space of a 50" mattress is simply more comfortable.
One Big Quilt
People often ask us why we don't have a way to join two Zenbivy quilts together. Simply: a double-wide quilt is way better than cobbling two single quilts together. There's no bulky attachment or any chance of a cold spot in the middle. It functions just like your comforter at home.
Fixed Footbox
The Zenbivy Core Quilt Double features a fixed footbox. This design allows you to naturally move your feet from "tucked in" to "free and vented". It also allows the footbox to remain as wide and as spacious as possible so you and your partner have plenty of room to sprawl naturally.
Draft-Free, Constriction-Free
Together, the hood and wings of the sheet create a draft shield. Attaching your quilt to the draft shield keeps it "tucked" at your sides to block drafts and guides the corners of the quilt into the hood to seal in warmth around your neck and shoulders.
The sides of the draft shield function as hinges, allowing the quilt to move freely, expanding and settling around you naturally while blocking all drafts and keeping the quilt from falling off the mattress.
Thermally-Mapped Baffles
We designed our quilts for thermal efficiency, distributing the down fill to provide the most warmth where it's needed, with smaller baffles to minimize downshift.
