Zipperless Versatility — Our Light Quilts are offered in two styles: Fast Footbox™ or Convertible Footbox. The Fast Footbox™ is our simplest, lightest, and quickest. With a single clip and minimal fuss, it easily converts from warm “mummy mode” to spacious “wide mode”. In addition to both mummy and wide modes, our Convertible Footbox also unclips to lay completely flat. The Convertible Footbox provides maximum versatility in warmer temperatures and when used with accessories.

The Kylie-curve™ — The Kylie-curve™ is a 3/4-length baffle-backed drawstring on the top edge of our quilts. Unlike traditional backpacking quilts that have a drawstring spanning the entire width, the shortened cord length on the Light Quilt cinches only the center portion, so it softly seals around your neck but doesn't shorten the overall usable width of the quilt. By cinching only the center, either edge of the quilt is left loose to drape at your sides to block drafts as you move and turn over.

Thermally Mapped Baffles — We designed our quilts to maximize thermal efficiency, distributing down to provide the most warmth where it’s needed. Smaller baffles minimize down-shift, vertical baffles around the upper body prevent down from sliding, and horizontal baffles on the top of the foot box keep down from shifting with foot movement.

Purely Semi-Rectangular – The Light Quilt is purely semi-rectangular. This not only provides full coverage when used flat but completely eliminates the common hour-glassing pinch point issue that other quilts have when the foot box is formed. Rotate and move freely at night without the quilt grabbing and twisting around.

Quality Materials — The Light Quilts are filled with premium 800 fill-power HyperDRY™ down. This down uses a natural wax-based compound to make it water resistant. It is durable, fluorocarbon-free, and RDS (Responsible Down Standard) compliant.

Unconventional Fabric — Most ultralight quilt makers shed weight by making their fabric a thin and clingy 10 d. We opted to find clever ways to ditch ounces while keeping the fabric a very soft, comfy, and durable 20 d. 20 d fabrics are much softer than traditional ultralight technical fabrics while only being a fraction heavier.
