Nous avons entièrement repensé le sac de compression pour en augmenter la durabilité et la facilité d'utilisation. Les sacs de compression tout-en-un tirent sur les coutures et compromettent l'étanchéité du sac sec. Nous avons rendu nos Dry Sacks compatibles avec la compression, car une compression séparée n'exercera jamais de pression sur les coutures, ce qui se traduit par un sac sec plus fiable et plus étanche.

Pour les cas où vous devez maximiser l'espace dans votre sac, ajoutez simplement les capuchons à votre sac sec déjà compressé pour qu'il reste complètement compressé et aussi petit que possible.

Gutes Produkt, aber in Kombination mit dem Ventil-Dry-Sack nicht zwingend nötig

Die Compression Caps sind gut verarbeitet und erfüllen ihren Zweck absolut zuverlässig, um Ausrüstung kompakt zusammenzudrücken. Wer ein extrem festes Paket möchte oder Quilts ohne Ventil-Packsack nutzt, macht hier sicherlich nichts falsch.

Für mein konkretes Setup brauche ich sie allerdings nicht noch einmal:

Da der 7 L / Evergreen Dry Sack bereits über ein integriertes Ventil verfügt, lässt er sich schon durch einfaches Zusammendrücken extrem gut komprimieren. Er hält die Form von alleine, weil keine Luft nachströmt.

Die zusätzlichen Caps und Riemen bringen extra Gewicht auf die Waage - und gerade wenn man auf jedes Gramm achtet, ist das unnötiger Ballast und unnötiger Aufwand beim Packen.

Das Handling wird dadurch für mich nur komplizierter, ohne einen spürbaren Mehrwert bei der Packgröße zu liefern.

Fazit: Keineswegs ein schlechtes Produkt, aber wer den Dry Sack mit Ventil nutzt, kann sich das Geld, das Gefummel und das Zusatzgewicht sparen.

This is a must have for the Dry Sack, as the valve leaks air back to the quilt. To prevent this, and the extension of the Dry Sack, you need these caps.
Once you pushed out all the air, apply the compression caps, push out some more air, and your ZenBivy is ready for transport.
