Duties/Taxes for International Customers
Packages will be subject to import/duty fees upon arrival. Customers are responsible for these fees. If you refuse the package upon delivery, the order will be sent back to us and processed as a standard return. Please note that we do not refund original shipping costs for returns.
Customers in Canada — Please be aware that although we ship from the US, our products are manufactured in Vietnam and Taiwan. Duties/taxes will be charged accordingly.

Shipping within the US
Ground orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days (unless otherwise noted under our Current Fulfillment Times at the top of the page).
2-Day Air and Express orders are processed in 1 business day. Cut off time for same-day shipping is 9am PST. We do not guarantee delivery time once it has been shipped.
We ship Monday through Friday. All 2-Day Air shipments ship with Fedex. PO Box addresses and "General Delivery" to USPS Post Offices must choose the Ground Shipping option.
