    We want you to love your Zenbivy sleeping bag system! That's why we make returns and exchanges as easy as possible if something doesn't fit.

    You can return the item up to 14 days after delivery for a full refund of the purchase price including the original shipping costs. Of course, you can test the size and comfort at home, but the returned items must

    • be unused
    • in the original packaging*
    • in the same condition in which you received them (including all hang tags and sewn-in law tags)
    • have the completed returns form enclosed

    Please note: Items that are dirty or covered with animal hair will not be accepted and may be returned!

    *Mats no longer fit in the original packaging, but please return all packaging elements. You can use a different box/envelope for the return shipment if necessary.

    If your return does not meet our guidelines, we reserve the right to make the following deductions from the refund amount:

    • Hang tag missing = 10,-€ deduction
    • Law tag missing (sewn-in label) = 50% deduction

    If you would like to make an exchange, please proceed as follows:

    Place a separate order for the new item and return the existing order for a refund. This is faster, but your account will be charged for both orders during the exchange process.

    Most returns are processed within 3 to 6 business days of receipt, but please note that it can take up to 2 weeks. Once we have received your return in accordance with our policy, your exchange or refund will be processed and any credit will be automatically credited back to your credit card or original payment method within 10 business days.

    The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend that you opt for tracking as Zenbivy is not responsible for lost/damaged packages.
