These stiff surfaces transfer weight instead of absorb it and can feel both stiff and “bouncy". The Flex™ Air Mattress feature an exclusive 4-way stretch fabric top that forms instantly to your shape and movement, both minimizing weight transfer and relieving pressure points.

The offset air-cells create a diagonal baffle pattern that causes the mattress to twist againstyour body's fold natural lines rather than collapse into them like vertical or horizontal baffles, resulting in a more supportive mattress.

Bigger does not mean faster! An inflation sack that's too big is just more material to wrestle. Our slightly oversized ultralight inflation sack (28 g) is optimized for the fastest inflation time. It's quick and easy to use, just couple the inflation sack to the mattress valve and push air through.

Mylar is a popular insulation choice for ultralight camp mattresses, but unlike other ultralight mattresses that are crinkly, loud, and provide insufficient warmth, our mattress's mylar layers “float” within to quietly reflect heat and provide R5 warmth for EN/ISO-matched thermal performance.

Other mattresses use coated fabrics which can break down over time, making them less durable and, therefore, less reliable. We laminate a PU (polyurethane) membrane to our fabrics. This separate membrane does not break down and the welds are stronger, resulting in a more durable and long-lasting mattress.
